Your pool deck must cover the entire pool area and the entry gate should have a lock attachment to prevent unnoticed entry of children. The pool decks must be made of extremely durable material not only for the purpose of safety but because it is an expensive purchase. Wood, preformed plastics and composites are the wisest choice.
